  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Standard delivery times: 3–7 business days (domestic), 7–21 days (international). 
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary by location and weight.
  • We are not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or delays caused by carriers or customs.

Note: Coffee beans are perishable. We recommend ordering only what you need and storing them properly (cool, dry, airtight).

4. Returns & Refunds

  • We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on unopened packages.
  • Opened bags are non-returnable for hygiene and freshness reasons (except in cases of defect or damage).
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
  • Contact us before returning any item.

5. Payment
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Shopify Payments. All transactions are secure and encrypted.

6. Limitation of Liability
